Your right to change your mind

If you are a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days run from the day you, or someone you nominate, physically receives the goods — or the last item, if an order arrives in several parcels.

How to withdraw

Tell us before the 14 days are up. Email info@aprilia-parts.nl with your order number and what you are sending back, or write to GHM Motorcycle Parts S.L., P.I. Santa Bárbara 5, Javalí Nuevo, 30832 Murcia, Spain. Any clear statement is enough; you do not have to use a particular form.

Please contact us before sending anything, so we can tell you where to send it. It saves the parcel going astray.

Once you have told us, send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days at the latest.

What it costs

You pay the cost of returning the goods. We pay back everything you paid us for them, including the standard delivery charge you paid on the way out. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard one, we refund the standard cost rather than what you chose.

When you get your money back

Within 14 days of you telling us you are withdrawing, using the same means of payment you used. We may hold the refund until we have the goods back, or until you show us you have sent them, whichever comes first.

Condition of the goods

You may handle and inspect a part as you would in a shop. If you go beyond that and the part loses value as a result, we may deduct that loss from the refund. In practice: unpacking a part and checking it is fine, fitting it to a motorcycle usually is not.

When the right does not apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, nor to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened. It does not apply to purchases made for business purposes.

Faulty or wrong parts

This is separate from changing your mind, and it costs you nothing. If a part is faulty, does not match its description, or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right — repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Your legal guarantee runs for three years from delivery under Spanish law. We pay the return postage in these cases.
