How you can pay

Payments are handled by Mollie B.V., a licensed Dutch payment institution. The methods available to you are shown at checkout and depend on the country you are ordering from.

Your payment details stay with Mollie

Card numbers and bank credentials are entered on Mollie's own secure pages. They never reach our systems and we never store them. What we receive back is confirmation that a payment succeeded, and the amount.

Currency and VAT

All prices and payments are in euro. Prices include Spanish VAT at 21% for new parts. Used and new-old-stock parts are sold under the second-hand margin scheme, in which VAT is not shown separately and cannot be deducted.

Trade accounts

Approved trade customers in another EU member state who give us a VAT number we can validate against VIES are invoiced without Spanish VAT, under the reverse charge. The VAT number is checked when the account is approved.

Payment fees

iDEAL, Bancontact and bank transfer cost nothing extra. Two methods carry the fee their provider charges us: credit card 4% of the order amount, PayPal 3.5% plus € 0,35. The fee is shown in the cart, next to each method on the payment step, and inside the amount on the pay button — never added afterwards.

When we take the money

At the moment you complete checkout. If we cannot fulfil the order, you are refunded in full by the same method.

Invoices

Your order confirmation doubles as your invoice and reaches you by email. If you need it reissued, or need company details added, email info@aprilia-parts.nl with your order number.
