The short version
This shop sets only the cookies it needs in order to work. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no social media tracker and no third-party cookie of any kind.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser so that it can recognise your browser on the next page you open. Without them a shop cannot remember what is in your basket from one click to the next.
The cookies this shop sets
- A session cookie, which keeps you logged in and keeps your checkout together. It expires when you close your browser.
- XSRF-TOKEN, a security cookie that prevents another website from submitting forms on your behalf.
- cart and cart_notes, which hold the contents of your basket and any note you attach to it.
- mm_bike, which remembers the motorcycle you selected so the shop can show you what fits it.
- parts_view, which remembers whether you last viewed a parts listing as a table or as cards.
- cookieAccept, which records your answer to the cookie banner so we do not ask again for a year.
- langChoice, which records the language you chose so the shop does not suggest switching again for a year.
Every one of these is either strictly necessary to provide the shop, or stores a preference you asked for yourself. Under article 22.2 of Spanish law 34/2002 that kind of cookie does not require your prior consent. We show the banner anyway, so that you know what is stored rather than having to take our word for it.
Statistics
The banner offers a "statistics" choice, and the shop currently sets no statistics cookies at all. The choice exists so that if we ever do add analytics, it cannot run for anyone who has not agreed to it. Your answer is remembered and will be honoured.
Changing your mind
You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and you can block them entirely — though blocking the necessary ones will stop the basket and checkout from working. Deleting cookieAccept makes the banner appear again.
